This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use at belcita and how you can manage them, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and AEPD guidelines.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files downloaded to your device when you visit a website. They let the site work, remember your preferences and, where applicable, obtain statistical information about browsing.

Cookies can be first-party (managed by belcita) or third-party (managed by external providers, for example analytics), always provided you consent to the latter.

3. Types of cookies we use

Technical or necessary: essential for the site to work (language, session and the record of your cookie consent). They do not require consent.
Analytics: help us understand how the site is used in order to improve it. They are only activated if you accept them.

4. Legal basis

Technical cookies are based on our legitimate interest in providing the service. Analytics cookies are based on your consent, which you can give or refuse from the cookie notice and withdraw whenever you want.

5. Managing your consent

When you first visit, we show a notice to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice anytime by deleting your browser cookies so the notice appears again.
