Terms and conditions

1. Provider

The service provider is belcita (the company name, tax ID and address will be completed before launch). Contact: hola@belcita.com.

2. Purpose

belcita is an online platform (software as a service, SaaS) that lets businesses build their website, manage bookings, sell products and issue invoices, among other features.

3. Registration and account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully. In particular, you may not:

• Publish illegal or misleading content or content infringing third-party rights.
• Compromise the security of the service or access other users’ data.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Resell or exploit the service without authorisation.

5. Plans, prices and payments

The service is provided through a paid subscription based on the chosen plan. Prices are shown on the website and include or exclude taxes as indicated. The subscription renews automatically for equal periods unless cancelled. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the service.

6. Term and cancellation

No lock-in: you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid and will not renew afterwards.

7. Availability and support

We work to offer a stable service, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided according to your plan.

8. User content

The content you publish (texts, images, catalog) is owned by you and is your responsibility. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide you with the service.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the belcita brand, the design and the documentation belong to the provider or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers rights over them beyond the use of the service.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits or data arising from the use or inability to use the service.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy. When you process your clients’ data through the platform, we act as a processor on your behalf.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms for legal, technical or business reasons. We will notify substantial changes and, if you keep using the service, you will be deemed to accept them.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under the relevant regulations.
